Bijin Nabe is another nice japanesse restaurant in Plaza Senayan, South Jakarta. Here it's about beauty collagen stock. The stock is stewed for more than 8 hours until chicken stock turns into a smooth and silky collagen pudding.

Decoration
What I found amazing about this space its the chandeliers and open kitchen. The light is made by collections of rectangular wood, lampion and gold christmas ball look alike. For me, it looks like an intepretation of Japanesse chandeliers. Another interesting decoration, is food display. Boxes of fresh vegetables and chicken shabus condiment are displays beautifully in front of the open kitchen. You can't resist to order.
